SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
– the substrate must be dry;
– the surface must be cleaned of dust, deposits, oil stains and other substances that reduce adhesion;
– it is recommended to level out local surface irregularities;
– weak areas of the substrate must be removed and repaired;
– if there are significant surface irregularities (over 6 mm), repair them;
– all surfaces to be covered must be primed.
PREPARATION OF THE MORTAL MIXTURE
– pour water into a clean container (water temperature from +15 °C to +20 °C);
– water calculation: 0.30 l per 1 kg of dry mixture;
– gradually add the dry mixture and mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained;
– let the solution stand for 1-3 minutes, then mix again;
– the solution can be used within 15-30 minutes.
PERFORMANCE OF WORK
– evenly distribute the mortar mixture over the surface or fill the prepared volume;
– remove the remains of the mortar mixture mechanically, preventing the solution from hardening;
– thoroughly wash the tool after completion or stopping the work
